We respect your privacy. Information you share with Scott Equipment Services is used only to respond to your request and to provide the services you ask us about.
Information you choose to share
When you send a service request, the details you enter (your name, company, email, optional phone number, site location, equipment details and message) are processed by a secure server function hosted on Microsoft Azure and delivered to us by email through our Microsoft 365 business email, which keeps a copy of each request. We do not keep a separate website database of submissions.
Spam and abuse protection
To keep the form free of spam, your browser completes a small automatic calculation before sending, which uses no personal information. Our server also briefly processes your IP address to limit repeated submissions; it stores only a one-way coded version of it, never the address itself, and deletes that automatically once it is no longer needed. These checks are used only to protect the form.
How we use your information
We use your information only to contact you about your equipment, scheduling, quotes and related customer service. We do not add you to marketing lists.
Sharing your information
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the service providers named above to operate the form, when needed to deliver a service you have requested, or when required by law.
